A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of American Law, conducted by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Krzysztof has been working as an attorney at the District Bar in Warsaw since 2010 and has been working as a restructuring advisor associate at the National Chamber of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors since 2015. Moreover, he is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute in Washington and INSOL Europe, associating himself with professionals who specialise in insolvency and restructuring.

An expert in civil law, insolvency, and restructuring law, who successfully handles complex civil and commercial litigation matters. He has acted as a receiver, administrator, and supervisor in over a thousand proceedings, and in 2020 he was the third most frequently selected insolvency and restructuring advisor by the Polish courts. As an attorney, he has advised several construction projects, including Poland's largest road investment project.

He speaks English and Russian.

In his free time, he enjoys strength sports and swimming. He is an instructor at the Voluntary Water Rescue Service.
