Wioletta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Her work in the firm mainly deals with insolvency proceedings against individuals. She provides services covering all stages of consumer insolvency.

Wioletta has been practicing law since 2003. Before she started her partnership with Krzysztof Piotrowski, she acquired professional experience in several ways: by working in the legal departments of financial institutions, conducting legal proceedings concerning the recovery of past-due receivables, taking actions in the sale of public and non-public receivables due, and comprehensive monitoring of proceedings, particularly in judicial, enforcement, and insolvency proceedings.

She has participated in numerous conferences and workshops on insolvency and restructuring proceedings, organised by institutions such as the Institute of Insolvency and Restructuring Law and Research on Insolvency at the Łazarski University in Warsaw. She approaches each law firm client with empathy and total commitment, devoted to seeking the most beneficial solutions.

Privately, she is the mother of a teenager and a passionate traveler.
